Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, during a time when many succumbed to the negative influences of inner cities, I made a conscious decision not to become a statistic. As the youngest of four children in a home led by my dedicated mother, I always knew there was more to life that I wanted to explore. People often refer to me as "Toya," and it's safe to say that I've been a life coach for most of my life.

My laid-back and warm personality, coupled with a sense of humor, attracted family, friends, and co-workers to confide in me without fear of judgment. One weekend, just for fun, I hosted a women's retreat at my home. The success of that retreat led to numerous requests for more, making me realize my true calling: uplifting and inspiring others.

In 2013, I became a certified life coach, earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family from Liberty University in 2014, and authored a devotional titled "But God: Reroute to Destiny" in 2018.

Currently working as a Coach and Counselor, I am pursuing my life's dream of writing inspirational movie/TV scripts and being a voice to bring light into the lives of others. Through my podcast, "The Bright Side," I delve into everyday life and our life in Christ.

In all my endeavors, I aim to encourage, inspire, and entertain because, as I believe, "God wants us to know Him, tell others about Him, and enjoy life at the same time." Now an empty nester, my only son serves in the military, and I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

If you're seeking guidance, inspiration, or a friendly ear on your life's journey, I'm here to help as your trusted life coach. Together, we can navigate challenges, set meaningful goals, and uncover the extraordinary potential within you. Let's create a path to success and fulfillment, one step at a time. Your brighter tomorrow begins with a conversation today.
